Megaworld Corporation Established on August 24, 1989, under Philippine law, Megaworld Corporation was created by Andrew Tan to participate in the real estate industry by developing, leasing, and promoting properties. Initially, the company gained recognition for its construction of luxury residential condominiums and commercial properties located in accessible urban areas in Metro Manila, providing access to offices, entertainment, and leisure amenities. The company operates in three main business segments, which are the sale of residential developments, leasing of office and retail spaces, primarily to BPO firms, and management of hotel operations. Over the years, the company and its affiliates have introduced more than 728 residential buildings, 72 top-tier offices, 24 lifestyle malls, commercial centers, and 12 condotel brands.
